DPF Cleaning

Aqueous Cleaning System

Our aqueous cleaner uses specialized detergents and surfactant solutions to dissolve and flush away contaminants that cannot be removed through air cleaning alone. This process is especially effective for oily residues and embedded particulates.


DPF Testing and Inspection

Every DPF undergoes a comprehensive multi‑point inspection to verify proper function before reinstallation:


  • Restriction Test: Before‑and‑after airflow testing measures pressure levels against manufacturer baseline specifications.
  • Pin Test: A long probe is inserted into multiple filter cells to detect hidden internal damage not visible during visual or restriction testing.
  • Light Test: A high‑intensity light is used to inspect for wash coat deterioration or internal failures.


If a DPF passes all testing, it is cleared for reinstallation. If it fails, the filter must be replaced, and failed DPFs are returned at no charge.
